Join the guest list on this site. Every guest signs up before attending.
We text you a link to your QR code. It's scanned at the door.
Check your phone at the door and take a claim ticket. Leave your baggage too.
Your concierge makes introductions and moves small groups around the room.
After three hours, phones come back out for photos and swapping numbers.
When your concierge invites a group to move on, it's a handshake, a thank-you, a smile, and on to the next circle. Moving on is part of the party, never a rejection. If two people want to keep talking, they'll find each other later.
Every event shows the live headcount and the ladies/gentlemen split, so you can see the room is balanced before you arrive. Drinks are on you, Dutch style.

The first three hours are phone-free so you can be with the people in the room. Your phone comes back at Memory Time for photos and swapping numbers. Need it sooner? No hard feelings: collect it, head out, and join us next time.
Each event sets its own dress code: business casual, semi-formal or formal. Never provocative.
